How do I book a party?
Call or text us to reserve your date. A 50% deposit is required. Major credit cards accepted.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking at least 30 days ahead. Last-minute openings may be available.
What is your cancellation policy?
A 2-week notice is required for rescheduling. Deposits are non-refundable but may be transferred to a new date once.
What if my guests arrive late?
Parties begin at the scheduled time. Late guests may join in progress.
Should I tip the spa technicians?
Gratuity is not included but always appreciated.
